Gordon Milar is the President of Gordon Milar Construction. He began his professional career as a framer. After framing for seven years, a non-work
related back injury forced him to change his career path. For the next twenty two years he sold Real Estate and is still an active Real Estate Sales Agent
and Broker. He owns, with two partners, Ulrich Realtors, a respected Wasatch Front Real Estate Brokerage. In 2003, he partnered with his son Matthew,
and changed his focus to building people the types of homes that he could never convince any of the builders he sold for to build. His experience gives
him a thorough understanding of the most affordable and marketable features for your new home!

Matthew Milar is the Vice President of Gordon Milar Construction. He began his professional career as a Real Estate Sales Agent with Ulrich Realtors.
He was very successful as a Real Estate Sales Agent and still has his license active. He continues to regularly assist Gordon Milar Construction’s sales
department. In 2003, he partnered with his father, Gordon Milar, and began building as well as selling homes for Gordon Milar Construction. He has
personally, successfully managed virtually every aspect of Gordon Milar Construction. In 2008, Matthew earned his B-100 (General Building Contractor)
license and continues to study and learn to ensure he is as well qualified as possible to help people build their dream homes.

Ben Milar is a Real Estate Sales Agent for Gordon Milar Construction. His Real Estate Brokerage is Ulrich Realtors. After studying Chemical Engineering
at Brigham Young University, Ben began his professional career working as a supervisor for Gordon Milar Construction. He supervised home
construction for several years with a desire to learn more about local, state, and international building codes, rules, and regulations. Today, Ben uses
what he learned from supervising to better serve people who want to buy or build new homes. Ben is ready, qualified, and happy to help assist you with
